How community shop access works
- Membership
Most shops charge monthly dues for access to the tools, often with key-card entry outside staffed hours.
- Day pass, open shop or woodshop rental
Pay for a visit or a session without joining. Fewer shops offer it, and some limit it to set open hours.
- Training first
Many shops require an orientation, a safety class or a skills check before you use the power tools.
Each listing shows the prices, hours and requirements the shop publishes.
